General Information
International visitors intending to come to SinoCorrugated South 2012 will need a visa to enter China. Visitors must accompany their visa applications with an official Invitation Letter issued by Reed Exhibitions (China) Ltd., Shanghai Branch. Submit your visa application to your local Chinese embassy/consulate, together with the original of the Invitation Letter.

You can either obtain this from your local Chinese embassy/consulate or download it directly from the show’s website by clicking here
ii. Invitation letter
To apply for your Chinese visa, you need an official Invitation Letter issued by Reed Exhibitions (China) Ltd., Shanghai Branch, the organizers of SinoCorrugated South 2012. Our travel agent-Orient Event Service will draft the letter according to the details you submit in your Visa Invitation Letter Request Form. Please note that:
a) The letter is available, for a nominal fee, to registered visitors from most, but not all, countries. For confirmation of which countries' citizens are not eligible for Invitation Letters from the organizers, please contact us directly using the details at the bottom of this page.
b) Citizens of some countries need more than an Invitation Letter from the organizers to support their visa application. They also require an official Invitation Letter from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). The list of countries whose citizens require this additional Invitation Letter frequently changes so we strongly recommend you check with your local Chinese embassy/consulate to confirm which letter(s) you must submit with your visa application.
