Stable overseas business, with the annual sales more than 10 sets

Relying on the convenient traffic network and superior geographical position, KLT also has promoted its products overseas. KLT has set up a special department responsible for handling foreign trade business. Its overseas markets include the Middle East and Southeast Asia, etc. In the case of the RMB depreciation, its overseas business has not been affected, with its annual sales kept at the previous level of more than 10 sets, all of which are based on customers’ confidence and trust in good quality of KLT products.

The KLT full automatic down-folding carton binding machine (stand-alone) special for carton sticking is made up of such four parts as paper feeding mechanism, gelatinization mechanism, folding mechanism and counter. It adopts the mode of underthrusting paper discharging and thus the carton will not come loose due to hard cardboards or insufficient cementation, which has improved the equipment stability of paper discharging and thus ensured the quality of carton sticking; the equipment is figured with a secondary indentation and right-angle trimming mechanism, whose performance is stable and reliable, able to perfectly control the gap size after folding; its secondary alignment mechanism can thoroughly solve the problem of scissors difference.

The KLT full automatic down-folding carton binding machine (online) special for carton sticking is made up of a gelatinization mechanism, a folding mechanism and a counter discharging mechanism and its front can be connected with a printing machine. It adopts the mode of underthrusting paper discharging and thus the carton will not come loose due to hard cardboards or insufficient cementation, which has improved the equipment stability of paper discharging and thus ensured the quality of carton sticking; the equipment is figured with a secondary indentation and right-angle trimming mechanism, whose performance is stable and reliable, able to perfectly control the gap size after folding; its secondary alignment mechanism can thoroughly solve the problem of scissors difference.

So far, such two models of KLT products have successfully entered Ting Hsin International Group Bingxin Paper Industrial Co., LTD. and the large cardboard-container factory Baoding Hexing Paper Products Co., LTD (Hebei). By virtue of the high quality and advanced technology, the two large companies and their branches will also purchase KLT products in succession, and moreover, KLT has successfully developed its international markets, its fully automatic down-folding carton binding machines (stand-alone) have entered such markets as Jamaica, Iran and Sudan, and its fully automatic down-folding carton binding machines (online) have entered Turkey and other international markets; its products have won wide praises from the local markets.
